I came across these lovely tortillas one day at a farmers’ market. I found they also sell them at my local food co-op, Food Conspiracy. Locally made in Tucson, without the use of lard. The family has a heart-warming story about why they chose this route. The whole wheat tortillas with olive oil are my favorite, but I also love the spicy version.
