It’s that time of year again! I thought I would post a few recipes as I often do around a Holiday or celebratory occasion. As far as they go, I think Purim ranks in my top 5. It’s simply because the story of Esther is one of my favorites. It’s a story I think of often throughout the year, not just during the Holiday itself.
